De Colón & Company, located at 1840 W. 95th Street, began business on April 1, 2003. On a peaceful, enterprising block, right in the heart of Chicago's Beverly Hills neighborhood, we will feature the exclusive garments and accessories of Chicago's most promising up & coming designers, as well as the exceptional work of designer in residence, James De Colón. It is our goal to create a unique fashion collective of the works of independent designers, whose inventories rarely have sufficient exposure to the consumer. Our staff will provide a fashion-loving showcase for your inventory, your product will be prominently displayed and well maintained, and most of all, promoted and exposed to the buying public. Staffed by fashion savvy consultants, we will specialize in personalized service, limited edition design lines and made-to-order, one-of-a-kind women's apparel. We are offering an excellent opportunity to move your inventory from the studio to the sales floor. Here, the consumer will find style for women of all shapes, sizes and tastes. Housing chic ready-to-wear, modern retro, relaxing resort-wear, and one of a kind evening luxe, De Colón & Company aims to become a must for the sophisticated woman shopper of Chicago-South and surrounding communities. In addition to retail floor and display space, we are looking for an on-sight partner on the boutique premises. We currently have available two adjoining office/work studio spaces, measuring at approximately 8'x 24' feet combined, that we are offering to any interested artist, (i.e. designer, sculptor, painter), in need of both workspace and retail floor space. This area will come available by lease on May 1, 2004. Please evaluate our project, and consider the possibilities for a future relationship with us. My name is Wayne Reddrick, V.P. and Operations Manager of RG Crew, Inc.,
a product development group operating in Chicago since 1999. In addition
to new product development and marketing, we have managed the subsidiary
design firm, James De Colón Designs, for the last three years.
This successful alliance has led to the opening of a new women's boutique.
