The top four finalists of the CFF Scholarship Award competition will present their designs to a panel of judges Finalists Judges CFF Wraps Up Fashion Focus Chicago "Whose Design Is It Anyway?" Esther Barron Anna Cashman Anamaria Cashman is Assistant Counsel at Playboy Enterprises, Inc. She manages Playboy's intellectual property protection group and is responsible for the protection of the company's extensive trademark, domain name and copyright portfolio; including management of Playboy's worldwide anti-counterfeiting program and overseeing the prosecution and maintenance of Playboy's trademark portfolio. At Winter Wonderland Fashion Show there were approximately 200 fashion, beauty, art, and jewelry vendors selling their merchandise to the media and to other VIP guests. Attendees were asked to bring an article of clothing, for donation to a local clothing drive.
The fashion show included only designers participating in the event - B-Vain Couture, K-Amato, etc. The clothing/accessories were modeled by a mix of professional models and "ordinary people." The "ordinary people" included members of Gilda's Club Chicago: cancer patients and survivors of all ages. More Information: http://shop4acure.org

On November 17th, 1989, in Prague, Czechoslovakia, a non-violent political movement led by independent artists overthrew a communist regime that had repressed their freedom and creativity for over 80 years. That movement came to be known as The Velvet Revolution.
This fall, Pilsner Urquell has asked five independent creative revolutionaries here in Chicago to recreate the spirit of The Velvet Revolution.

Chicago Fashion Foundation hosted an exclusive showing of Innies & Outies. Innies & Outies includes paintings by Peter Drake, sculptures in paper-mache and bronze by Adam Kurtzman, and photographs by Marischa Slusarski / Claire Barron. The works featured in this exhibition explored aspects of the carnivalesque.
